Our base product - INFO TECH IEC 61850 Software Library - was awarded a quality mark called “LAUR EKSPERTA” (in English “MERIT OF EXPERT”) in the competition organized by a group of Quality Institutes of Polish universities.
The award comes in the category of Applications and IT Systems for Companies, where our product received 55 out of 60 points.
In addition, INFO TECH was honoured with a special prize called “MEDAL NOWOCZESNOŚCI“ (in English “MERIT OF INNOVATION “) granted to just few companies participating in this competition.
The official celebration (gala) with handing the quality mark certificate took place on the 9th of November 2015 in Warsaw in the Residence Belveder belonging to the President of the Republic of Poland.
By the date of gala our IEC 61850 library was used by 30 companies and research organizations from 12 countries of 3 continents.
