During the year 2024 the license to INFO TECH IEC 61850 Software Library was purchased by 2 new customers.  And 5 of our long term customers-licensees purchased upgrades of  INFO TECH IEC 61850 Software Library to ensure the proper support of Edition 2.1 in their products as well as to be able to address the upcoming requirement of secure IEC 61850 communication based on the IEC 62351 standard.

The added value to the continued development of the INFO TECH IEC 61850 Software Library was the release of our system configuration tool, 61850 SCD Builder, in September 2024. Its pre-release version was applied during the hands-on IEC 61850 trainings in spring 2024.  It is worth to mention that in 2024 our offer of the trainings on the IEC 61850 based communication received an outstanding market response, resulting in 4 residential courses and 2 remote courses. There happened also numerous consultation services to resolve specification, configuration and communication issues in the deployed installations.

We also supplied new versions of our testing and simulation applications 61850 Avenue, 61850 GOOSE System Viewer, 61850 SCL Runner. Now the number of companies licensing our tools exceeds 120.
