New Release of 61850 Avenue Toolset – Now with Process View: Data Visualization on Single Line Diagram
We are excited to announce the release of version 2.1.17 of the 61850 Avenue toolset in May 2025. This update introduces a major new feature — Process View (PV) — which enables intuitive, graphical data visualization using a single line diagram (SLD).
Process View allows users to map selected data from server IEDs onto graphical elements of a single line diagram (SLD) representing the tested installation. This graphical interface brings the model to life and simplifies both real-time monitoring and control.
Key capabilities include:
-
Assignment of Data Objects from IED data models to SLD elements
-
Live measurement display for equipment like Current Transformers (CT) and Voltage Transformers (VT).
-
Execution of control commands directly from graphical switching elements.
-
Edit Mode for assigning DOs via selection or pasting object references.
-
Support for multiple templates and light/dark modes.
-
Zoom functionality for large installations.
-
Seamless saving of all assignments within the current workspace.
